Refund Policy

We want HalalSurf to genuinely help you, and we never want you to feel stuck with a charge for something you are not using. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Premium subscriptions.
1. Cancel Anytime
You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time from your subscription settings. Cancelling stops all future charges. Your Premium features stay active until the end of the period you have already paid for — you will not be charged again.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If HalalSurf Premium is not right for you, request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it, no hard feelings. This applies to your initial purchase of a plan.
3. Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically. If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact us within 7 days of that charge and we will work with you on a fair resolution, which may include a refund of the renewal.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email mohsin@kunventures.com from the email address on your account, with the date of the charge. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe; the time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
